What are the ASECAP Days?

ASECAP Days is the annual flagship event of ASECAP — the European Association of Operators of Toll Road Infrastructures. This high-level conference brings together policymakers, infrastructure experts, and industry leaders to explore the challenges and opportunities in sustainable and innovative road transport across Europe.

It’s a space for meaningful exchanges, forward-looking discussions, and strategic networking. That level of engagement and professionalism needed to be matched by a digital presence that could deliver the same quality online experience.

From the outset, the shared goal was simple: to create a digital experience that’s informative, easy to navigate, and visually aligned with the ASECAP Days brand. But the real challenge was ensuring it would be intuitive for all target users — potential participants, speakers, partners, and media.

Together with ASECAP’s communication team, we focused on three key pillars:

• Clarity of structure: Content is organised by user needs—whether you’re looking for the programme, the list of confirmed speakers, or hotel and registration details, you can find it with one or two clicks.
• Spotlight on speakers: A dedicated section presents each speaker with professional photos, bios, and affiliations, reinforcing the event’s high-level character and making it easier for attendees to plan who they want to hear and meet.
• Smooth experience across devices: The site is responsive and optimised for mobile users, with fast loading times and a seamless interface, which is crucial for a constantly moving community.
