Imagine a digital space that perfectly reflects the dynamism of your events while facilitating engagement with your members and stakeholders. We recently created this for EUMEPS, the European association representing producers of EPS.

Collaborating closely with Ingrid Morin, EUMEPS’ Communication Manager, the #inextremis team designed a cutting-edge event website that enhances efficiency and interaction.

The importance of a dedicated event website

In-person, virtual, or hybrid events are vital for European associations. They offer a platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and networking.

A dedicated website centralises information and creates an immersive experience for participants before, during, and after the event.

Our collaboration with EUMEPS was based on a deep understanding of the association’s needs: to increase the visibility of its events and facilitate interaction with its members.

The challenge was to design a functional and inspiring site while respecting the association’s identity.

Modern design and optimised functionalities

The EUMEPS event website’s clean, modern, and intuitive interface stands out. Every detail has been carefully considered to offer a seamless navigation experience, whether desktop or mobile.

Users can view the programme, register, or access the latest news at a glance.

Some of the key features include:

The registration form is user-friendly, minimising drop-offs and ensuring optimal participation rates.

Each session, speaker, and topic is presented, making it easy for potential participants to make informed decisions.

The site allows users to ask questions before the event, download documents, and follow live streams, enhancing member engagement.

Focusing on user experience

In collaboration with Ingrid Morin, we strongly emphasised user experience. The visual design and ergonomics were carefully developed to ensure the site would be perceived as a natural extension of EUMEPS’ other communication platforms.

This visual and stylistic coherence reinforces the association’s professionalism and the perception of its events.

Why this collaboration is a success story

This project results from a transparent and proactive partnership between EUMEPS and our agency. Ingrid Morin played a crucial role in defining the association’s expectations and bringing in-depth knowledge of its members and their needs.

This synergy enabled us to co-create a tool that perfectly aligns with EUMEPS’ strategic objectives.

Conclusion: towards enhanced engagement through bespoke digital tools

The EUMEPS event website perfectly illustrates how a well-designed digital tool can maximise the impact of events for a European association. It centralises information, simplifies registrations, and improves interaction with stakeholders.

By working with #inextremis, EUMEPS opted for a partner capable of understanding its specificities and translating its needs into concrete solutions.
