For its 30th anniversary in Brussels, EUMEPS wanted an event that worked before, during and after the day: credible with EU stakeholders, energising for members, and recognisably EUMEPS across every touchpoint.

The challenge

Unite many audiences under one clear theme; keep authorship with the leadership team; and deliver an experience that carries weight in Brussels and across Europe — not just a stage show. 

Our role — discreet co-pilot, inside your rhythm 

We worked alongside EUMEPS as a quiet sparring partner, pressure-testing the narrative and shaping both the campaign and the live experience so everything read as theirs and held together from invite to wrap. 

What we built — one system, many moments 

  • Anniversary visual identity 
    A festive, future-facing mark and visual language aligned with the core brand (palette, type, motion cues, co-branding rules) — applied consistently across invites, website, stage and social. 
  • Event website as backbone 
    Clean UX for programme/speakers/venue/registration, with a post-event photo and video hub to extend the life of the milestone. 
  • Stage scenario & run-of-show 
    A fully scripted flow: opening, reveals, transitions, panels and closing. We scenarised everything that happened on stage — from speaker hand-offs to timing, so the story stayed coherent and the leadership remained in control. 
  • Audience interaction with live actors 
    We brought actors on site to orchestrate subtle, participative moments that warmed the room and reinforced key messages — without stealing the spotlight from EUMEPS. 
  • Screen & motion package 
    A suite of video animations and motion graphics (openers, lower-thirds, interstitials, data cues) designed to pace the event and keep attention without noise. 
  • A playful reveal, on-brand 
    A carefully framed, in-character moment with the Director General — a light disguise aligned to the theme — to humanise the leadership and leave a memorable, shareable highlight, while preserving dignity and authorship.
