The #inextremis team and client group giving a thumbs-up together in a bright Brussels venue after a completed assignment

See how complex briefs become clear, usable communication.

Read six projects in depth. Then see four focused assignments where one clearly defined need led to a finished deliverable, followed by selected portfolio evidence showing the wider range we can mobilise across publications, association brands, campaigns and launches.

02 — At a glance

Focused assignments: one defined need, one complete delivery.

Not every brief requires a broad programme. These four examples show how we take responsibility for a clearly defined outcome and carry it from framing to finished work, with the same senior attention as a larger engagement.

03 — Across formats

Wider portfolio evidence: recurring needs, different formats.

This is not a second set of case studies. It shows the breadth behind the six detailed stories: selected evidence organised around three recurring client needs.

Make expertise easier to use — publications.

Publications that do more than record activity.

#inextremis is frequently commissioned for strategic publications that frame a sector issue or organisational position, and for anniversary publications that turn institutional memory into a forward-looking story. The assignment can stand alone or connect to a wider event, campaign and digital content system.

Create recognition and internal alignment — association brands.

A substantial part of the agency’s reputation has been built through association branding.

#inextremis has developed or renewed brands for EuroCommerce, SELDIA, Liquid Gas Europe, EurEau, EuroGypsum and EATG, among other European organisations.

Coordinate attention and action — campaigns and launches.

Integrated campaigns built around a clear idea, a central destination and coordinated channel roles.

For APPLiA, the change from CECED to a new name and brand followed an identity audit, internal and external stakeholder surveys and brand strategy work. Activation connected a stakeholder launch event, staff interviews, a launch film, a wrap film and a new website.

Bring us the brief — or the question behind it.

Whether the need is an integrated programme or one focused deliverable, the first conversation is about what must become clearer, more usable or easier to act on — and the smallest useful way to begin.
